Deposits and Payments

To secure your pup's reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required. Think of it as the "I really mean it" fee. Seven days before your reservation date, we'll collect 50% of the total reservation amount, because we like to plan ahead. The remaining balance for the full boarding stay will be collected when you drop Fido off at B&G for their first night of fun. We'll settle any additional charges at pickup, hopefully without Fido adding too many treats to the tab!

Holidays: To better accommodate all our furry guests (and their festive spirits), a 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays. The holiday period is defined as 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday—because, let's face it, holidays need a little extra wiggle room. Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the holiday. Cancellations made within 7 days of the holiday reservation and "no-shows" will forfeit their 50% deposit, which we'll use to console ourselves for missing your furry friend's company.

Deposits cannot be applied as credit toward other services. And yes, all pricing and policies are subject to change without notice, just to keep things interesting!
